CNC Bending
Our CNC bending division is equipped with advanced CNC press brake machines, delivering high-precision bending for metal sheets up to 6 metres in length and 12 mm in thickness. With a total capacity of five CNC bending machines, we handle a wide range of bending requirements with exceptional accuracy and consistency.

How Thick Can CNC Bending Handle?
Our CNC bending machines can process metal sheets up to 12 mm thick, with bending lengths of up to 6 metres, depending on the material type and project requirements. We provide precision bending solutions for mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, and copper. The achievable bending capacity depends on factors such as material strength, sheet thickness, bend length, and the required bend angle.
How Does CNC Bending Work?
CNC bending uses advanced computer-controlled press brake machines to shape flat metal sheets into precise angles, profiles, and complex forms. The machine applies controlled pressure through a punch and die, forming the material to the required dimensions and specifications. With programmable settings and precise machine control, CNC bending delivers consistent results, repeatable accuracy, and high-quality components for construction, HVAC, machinery, automotive, and other industrial applications.
